Reduction Gear Box Our company is engaged in manufacturing of reduction gear box, which are torsionally rigid steel fabricated body designed to dampen vibrations. These are made of En-9, 19, 24 quality steel forgings and are duly hardened and grounded. At peak loads, these work efficiency.
Reduction Gear Boxes are fitted with double oil seals on shalt extensions lubrication lines for the bearings and oil splash system. These are available in Single, double and rnulti stage reduction gear boxes. Automatic Cooling Bed We offer automatic cooling bed, which naturally cool the material as well as cross transfer towards the discharge end. The various types available are :
• Simple manual handled cooling bed with 'W' Channel, Stationary Platform and run out of table.
• Automatic rake type cooling bed which transfer the material by one pitch for every rake movement.
• These are provided with twin channel bar delivery system or run in table with apron type diverts.
• The bed is provided with bar aligning arrangement.
• Simple rope skid/chain skid type cooling beds for sections.
